Pizzium In Bologna

Great pizza as always. Quality materials and exceptional taste. Pure Italian essence, cozy decoration and very good variety of options. It is a really good place to eat Italian food although it is merchandise.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a somewhat chilly atmosphere. Good pizzas, not exceptional in flavor, but definitely digestible and high-quality. Perhaps a little pricey for what they offer; like many places these days, the beer price is out of control.

The pizza was good, but not excellent. The place was missing a lot of ingredients. The atmosphere was a bit touristy. It seemed a bit worse than it was a few years ago.

In Turin as in Bologna, the spritz, pizza and tiramisu are excellent.

The aperitivo offer is interesting, and it's what drew me to this place. A Spritz and a platter with a very good pizza, fresh burrata, cured meats, and focaccia for a reasonable €12. The staff are young and very helpful, smiling, and welcoming. In short, it's a great place to have an aperitivo with friends, with fresh food specially prepared to order, unlike the classic Happy Hour buffets.

The staff is friendly, and I've always found a spot on the weekend without reservations. The pizzas are good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The only downside is that it's not particularly cheap. The location is central, bordering the university area. There's a paid public parking lot nearby.

The pizzas were good. However, the wine glasses were ridiculously underfilled...

On our first evening in Bologna, we found this restaurant and had really good pizzas for a very reasonable price. A highly recommendable place to enjoy a delicious pizza.
