Last week I ordered a parmesan pizza..... Very dry, it felt like I was eating dry bread. I then had a mandarin sorbet, good but liquid and not creamy. Very nice atmosphere and ok service.

Personally nothing to say other than Well done. Excellent food, informal, comfortable and clean environment. Fast and impeccable service. I also come from an 8-year background in commercial catering and I understand (and support) the choice to charge for sauces. Unfortunately, on the customer's side, there is no idea of ​​the enormous waste on sauces over the course of a month. I'll give you an example: We have 4 types of sauces, and if we were to bring them to 30 tables it would mean opening 120 sauces. Squeezers that last (for HACCP regulations 10 days) must be replaced with new ones. It means that in the month we will have opened 480 squeezers. Do you know how many new squeezers are thrown away and how much sauce customers waste unnecessarily? Not to mention the children who often play with it. This is why we moved to "bring them on request". The expensive price? Perhaps. Who can say? Then often those who complain about 50 cents of sauce are the same ones who spend €1400 for an iPhone 16 pro max and then don't want to spend €1 per month on iCloud.
