I was in this place on October 18th for a birthday, the service was professional and impeccable, the only thing I didn't like was the lack of toppings on the pizzas, the description of a thousand ingredients, the price was high and then it was not very filling.

20/10/2025: We stopped by Leon D'oro, by happenstance, just to have a quick lunch. We had heard about the famous porduct of Zibello: Culatello , but had not tried it yet. We asked them what they recommended (using Google Translate ) and they casually suggested we try the Culatello sandwich. That simple sandwich turned out to be one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten in a life time of travel and dining. To this day I regret the fact that I only ate three sandwiches ! and not five or six while I was there. The atmosphere is that of an unpretentious, pleasant eatery. It sits on a corner of a square that looks like it was taken out of an old Italian movie about a small town. Pleasant and kind staff who are quietly proud of their food. But none of that matters... You go there to eat the greatest thing ever made from a pig.... THE CULATELLO.

10/11/2025: A business lunch break in a unique location. Several gluten-free options. The wait staff were very attentive to the guests' needs. The food was very good.
08/11/2025: I was there two years ago for a trip to the Parmesan cheese factory. It was incredibly interesting to see how this cheese is made, and then seeing all the hundreds of wheels was a unique experience! At the end of the trip, tasting the 12-, 24-, and 36-month-aged Parmesan cheeses, plus the Parmesan cream, was truly rewarding. Now I know the true value of Parmesan!
