Pizzicheria Antonio Porrati In Firenze

My boyfriend and I spent a day in beautiful Florence. We were looking for a place to enjoy a cup of espresso early in the day, and there we found La Carbonata! The coffee was perfect, and a sweet dark-haired waiter welcomed us with open arms. He gave us great advice about the city, what to see and what to do. We decided later in the day that we would also spend our evening there. We both had the best and most delicious pasta dish during our week's vacation! Everything was perfect! The ingredients were all homemade. In addition, it should be mentioned that the staff, from waiters to chefs, were so sweet and passionate about their work. Especially the waiter Andrea (the dark-haired one from before) was sweet and extremely passionate about his work. Thank you for a fantastic experience La Carbonata! And see you again🍝🙌

Really really cozy place! The food is really good and of high quality and the waiters are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it! It feels very local

Considering the great reviews I read before I visited I was a bit disappointed by the food unfortunately. The recommended pasta dish was average. Service was however excellent

An exquisite place where you can experience a still authentic side of Florence. We can't wait to return!

The wild boar pappardelle was possibly the best thing I ate on my trip to Italy. And the duck pici was a close second. Pizza was also fantastic.

Definitely a place to visit and eat!

We were lucky to be walking past this restaurant at lunch time and decided to stop. The garden at the back had some lovely shady tables and we had a very relaxing meal. The coccoli were fantastic, so fresh and light. The pizza and pasta dishes we had were delicious and the Tiramisu rich and creamy. The service was excellent - would definitely recommend.

I ate Tortellini, and it was quite delicious, but the portion was 4 pieces and meat on it. It wasn't enough, and we paid for it like €8.

We had various bruschetta for starters, all of which were delicious. For main courses, we had spaghetti alla scoglio and risotto with shrimp and zucchini, both fantastic! For dessert, the waiter recommended crema al caffe and al limone, which was very tasty and something different from tiramisu. The meloncello was also delicious. All in all, a very successful evening!

Walking back to the hotel, I was looking for something to eat. This was on the way and peaked my interest. My buddies went to the hotel and I was not going to miss a meal. I tried the chicken cutlet with potatoes, the carbonara, and the calzone. Not really a cutlet judge, but I enjoyed it thoroughly along with the potatoes. The carbonara was fire! Definitely get it as well. The pizza/calzone, was delicious. The "crust" of the pizza is pretty much the calzone part. Amazing. The other half as you can see, pizza. Get the best of both worlds. Delicious flavor.
