Historic pizzeria in Cosenza, it remains a classic and you can't go wrong with frills, competitive prices, retro but romantic atmosphere, 2 large screens and the Cosenza version of the wagon wheel pizza.

Best Pizza from Wood Oven. Nice, clean, COVID-19 requirements being observed, masks are required and being worn. Staff friendly and helpful! Easy to find. Not too crowded. Their dine in restaurant has great service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Very fast with take out! 2025-11 Still great! Highly recommend!👍👍

The pizza was good, but the service took a very long time. The outdoor tables were very nice, but we had to ask them to turn down the music several times.

I ordered two takeout pizzas, scheduled for 8:00 PM. However, when I arrived, the pizzas hadn't been prepared yet, and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes. The wait wasn't excessive, but having spent the day at the beach and arriving rather tired, it would have been preferable to find the pizzas ready as agreed. The quality of the product was nevertheless positive: the pizza was good, tasty, generously sized, and piping hot, although slightly too thin and a bit burnt. I also requested fries, but the quantity was very limited. Another aspect that left me perplexed was the price: €15 for two pizzas. Typically, at other pizzerias in the Cosenza area, two simple pizzas cost around €11-12. In summary, the experience was decent: good pizza quality, but there were some points that could be improved in terms of organization and value for money.
