Primo Re In Fuscaldo

Fabulous location with a seafront terrace, meticulously maintained. Excellent food and service. The spaghetti with Fuscaldo anchovies and muddica is a must-try. We'll be back because we want to try the "fisherman's sandwich," with octopus and Tropea onions. The owner is incredibly kind and passionate about his work. And the results are evident! Bravo!

Fantastic location, excellent food

A truly wonderful experience. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, and the kitchen staff knows their craft. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Kudos to Miss Aurora for her attentive and courteous service. A surefire go-to for anyone looking for good food at a fair price. The background music is pleasant and never intrusive.

We'd already come once last year and enjoyed the sandwiches, which were unique, made with excellent and meticulously crafted ingredients (better than any fish sandwich we'd ever tried). This year we returned, and in addition to the sandwiches, which once again proved superior, we tried a delicious cacio e pepe with a twist, red shrimp, and a unique black rice arancini with cod, red onion, and crusco pepper. The fried baby octopus and calamari were excellent. There are still many inspiring dishes to try. We'll definitely be back.
