Excellent pizza in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Update: After 7 years, something has changed! Is it the new management? I don't know, but it's effectively become a somewhat "pretentious" restaurant-pizzeria. Perhaps it's the presence of more tourists in town, but I don't think the exorbitant price increase for alcohol is acceptable. I can't afford to pay half a bottle for a grappa or prosecco, even if they're good (that wasn't the case with the prosecco, which was also flat). Regarding the food, I don't know about the restaurant's dishes, but the pizzas were good, even if mine was burned from the bottom!

Overall, a decent experience, but one incident inevitably affected the evening. The charcuterie and cheese platter featured good products, albeit rather basic and not particularly refined. The pizza was pleasant in flavor; however, the leavening was probably not perfectly balanced, as I found it a bit heavy in the hours that followed. The most sensitive note was the wine. I had ordered a glass of Coraline Frappato rosé, but was served a white wine. Upon observation, I was told it was still a rosé, but it was described as "Grillo." Furthermore, I noticed that the wine was poured by mixing two already opened bottles, and what was served did not correspond to a rosé. I believe that clarity, consistency, and correctness are essential elements in the restaurant business. For this very reason, while I appreciated some aspects of the experience, it is not a place I would personally choose to frequent again.
