Pizzeria Vesuvio In Vicenza

If you want pizza, Vesuvio is the answer. While the entrance is a bit shabby and the first dining room gives a bad impression, the interior terrace is very pleasant. An extensive pizza menu that will make your mouth water, thin crust (the authentic kind) and perfectly baked. We ordered a Caprese salad first to whet our appetites, and ended up dipping our bread in it: tomato, mozzarella, olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste... a pleasure that can only be experienced in Italy, no matter how much they try to copy it elsewhere.

This is our go-to pizza place whether it be sit down dining, delivery, or pick up. The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. The crust is great and the sauce is always flavorful. There is a wide variety of pizzas and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Good pizza with quality ingredients, the other dishes are plentiful, excellent value. Good service. The atmosphere could be improved.

Simply fantastic. If you enjoy large, well-topped, and crispy wood-fired pizzas, this is the place for you.
