At lunchtime the restaurant is quite chaotic. There’s only one lady taking orders, serving food, and handling the cash register. She doesn’t really keep track of who came first to place an order, so you have to remind her. The food is good, but there’s an unpleasant surprise at the end — they charge €2.80 per person just for sitting down.

The food wasn't bad for an airport.
The service was inattentive, slow, and annoying.
It took 2 hours for drinks, 2 sides, and 2 entrees for 3 people—that's wedding service, not airport service.
Having to ask three times for everything, from the order to the missing side dish and even the coffee, only to be met with a rude response, is a clear sign of organizational disarray.

We had the tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, which was excellent! Fast service and friendly staff, but a little pricey.

If you're smart, get the €8 Margherita and say thank you, maybe takeout and pre-sliced. You can't expect better at the airport. Anyone who gets ripped off at these places deserves it, natural selection. 😃
