The welcome and service from the staff were excellent, the pizzas and salads were delicious.

Super good pizza, both the dough and the toppings. Even the salads in the pizza hat are delicious and well-seasoned. The homemade desserts are top-notch!!

We had dinner for four. The owners gave us an excellent and friendly welcome. The waiter was very professional and recommended a delicious verdeca and delicious traditional appetizers, tastefully revisited, even in the presentation. We shared a pizza with burrata, capocollo, and pistachio crumbs, which were superb. Everything was top-quality. We were pampered all evening. We can't wait to return to Trimalchione. Recommended 👏👏👏

Quick and friendly reservation over the phone. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted immediately with professionalism and standard service. Very neat and clean location, recently renovated, the interior dining room is very beautiful. The food is good, the pizzas are excellent, not to mention the salads they make here, they're amazing! I really love the coppa, a pizza base, and there's a selection for every taste and desire. 🫶🏼

Really really good service and food! Really good italian food culture and as local as it can get. Please do me a favor and try this restaurant and thank me later xD! Owner talks to his customers which really shows the sympathy of this restaurant. He told us a reservation is needed in the winter!! Try the deserts! They are incredible

Trimalchione is a historic place in Fasano and it never ceases to be a pleasant surprise. Everything, from appetizers to desserts, is worth trying. Angelica is a strict and precise sheriff, as a very popular place surely requires, but she hides a tender heart, which she shows only to those who know how to ask. The staff, especially Giuseppe, also make the place welcoming and familiar. Thank you, it is always a pleasure to come back and visit you!

We went to Pizzeria Trimalchione without a reservation and, despite this, we immediately found a table – definitely a plus. The service was excellent: the waiter was extremely kind and helpful, recommended several dishes from the menu and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The food arrived very quickly, even though the place was quite full. Most of the dishes were very delicious and well prepared. The desserts in particular were simply divine! The only comment I can make concerns the pizza - personally I found it a bit bland, but obviously it's a question of taste. Overall though, the place is definitely worth a visit – nice atmosphere, great service and quality cuisine. I would happily stay here again!
