We had dinner for four. The owners gave us an excellent and friendly welcome. The waiter was very professional and recommended a delicious verdeca and delicious traditional appetizers, tastefully revisited, even in the presentation. We shared a pizza with burrata, capocollo, and pistachio crumbs, which were superb. Everything was top-quality. We were pampered all evening. We can't wait to return to Trimalchione. Recommended 👏👏👏

Wide selection of excellent pizzas (including specialty doughs like hemp, kamut, and Venere rice), main courses, salads, and much more. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. Highly recommended!

26/12/2025: Family lunch on Boxing Day: efficient service and impeccable cooking. Much-appreciated new additions to the menu, both meat and seafood, professionalism and extensive experience in every dish. Courtesy and hospitality make you feel at home; the Giubilo family remains a guarantee of authentic Apulian cuisine and a reference point for those seeking traditional flavors.

22/02/2026: This is a nice little restaurant which is also a wine and spirit store offering a fantastic selection of quality local wines and liqueurs. Visited in a group of 8 people, the restaurant is small, but has a great atmosphere. Service was prompt and friendly and our host had a good knowledge of the dishes on the menu. All the food was very tasty, I had a pasta with a wild boar sauce which was absolutely excellent. Everyone in the party seemed to have something different and everyone was happy with their food. I must give special mention to the cheesecake which was served in a deep glass bowl, it was scrumptious. After dinner we were able to explore the wine shop and benefit from the knowledge of the owner. The owner could speak some English and there were menus in English.
27/12/2025: An incredible selection of wines, well recommended. The people who recommend them know their stuff and know their stuff. We went there last night for dinner and were so pleased! The food was truly excellent, what can I say? I recommend everyone to stop by! 😍 Thank you so much!
