You walk past it and if you don't know it you don't notice it. We're talking about a really nice and familiar village pizzeria. For us it's now a tradition to stop by those times we go up to the mountains. Good pizzas (forget gourmet pizzas, here we're talking about pizza without useless accessories) and very courteous service. You feel like you're returning to a friend's house. If you pass by the area it's worth a stop. Amazing value for money.

Beautiful environment, the owners' welcome is always kind and warm. The food is really good. Also certified gluten-free cuisine.

Fantastic, casual restaurant with great handmade dishes and really friendly service. We felt very welcome, even though it was late on a weekday and our Italian isn't very good at all. The pizza is great - there's lots of different kinds to choose from, from classics to some really creative ones. We recommend the ones topped with burrata. Our meal ended with two lovely homemade desserts which we also loved. You really really can't go wrong here, especially for the very fair prices. We're looking forward to returning when we're in the area again. Mille grazie!

30/06/2025: There were 7 of us for dinner at Il Gatto e la Volpe, a truly pleasant place located in a suggestive position, overlooking the Lago Piccolo di Avigliana. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends or family. The service was fast and professional, with attentive and helpful staff. A curious and pleasant detail is the presence of a robotic waiter who delivers the smaller dishes, adding a technological and original touch to the experience. We mainly ordered pizza, which turned out to be of excellent quality: well cooked, with fragrant dough and fresh ingredients. A choice that satisfied all the diners. Also very interesting is the initiative of the QR code to scan at the table, which allows you to participate in a small game with immediate prizes, such as chips, discounts on the bill or a bottle of sparkling wine. A nice idea that makes the experience even more engaging. In short, Il Gatto e la Volpe offers an excellent combination of quality and location. Highly recommended: we will definitely be back.
