19/12/2024: Ate a sublime carbonara and a heavenly raw fish

14/12/2024: I allow myself to only give 3 stars due to the very long waiting times. Nothing to say about the food, in fact the quality is very high. There were 4 of us friends for dinner and specifically we all had the first course carbonara (it was the reason why we came and we were fully satisfied), three cube rolls of different origins that we shared, all exceptional, and finally each one had their own dessert , also very good (two homemade tiramisu, chocolate cake and ice cream with berries). In my opinion, we need to work on the timing: we arrived at 7.30pm and the pasta was served to us at 9pm (in fact we took out two baskets of bread while waiting 😅)... For the rest everything was fine, friendly staff and a very welcoming place. I recommend booking because there aren't many seats and the place filled up almost immediately.
