My son ate a pizza for lunch today and got food poisoning. Something definitely wasn't fresh. The food was otherwise very ordinary, but it's a nice little place.

We were originally going to Pier 12, but encountered a storm, so Pier 12 became our safe haven. The owner was very friendly and there was only one person serving at the time, but he still served food and drinks very efficiently.

My husband and I had the liter of bianco wine and the Tortuga pizza for lunch. Our server was very friendly and helpful, he recommended the wine because we asked for something fresh because it was a warm day, later we order the pizza and it was really good and tasty the pizza dough was tasty and thin with a great balance of meat and eggplant. Sorry but I don't remember the name of our server. Keep up the good work!

27/07/2025: The food was good, though the prices were a bit high, as was the service, which was rather slow and expensive. We actually brought a cake from outside, as the restaurant didn't have one, and paid a €2.00 supplement per person for just cutting the cake, in addition to the regular cover charge. We weren't informed of this amount when we booked, even though we informed the management.

05/07/2025: If you want something varied and reasonably good—expensive, yes, but not too expensive—in an environment that allows you to breathe even on scorching hot days, Renato is definitely the place for you. It's unpretentious, but it offers a wide range of options for food. It's located within the Consorzio Alberghi beach. The prices aren't low, but they're not prohibitive either. Basically, it does its job of providing us with more than decent food. I've been there several times, and I'll definitely go back.
