The large Margherita pizza with spicy olive oil was very good tonight. The staff, attentive and friendly as always, informed us that for business reasons the restaurant would close at 9 pm. Neither we nor the other diners showed any displeasure with this arrangement (No problem, we'll have dessert next time!) Only the inevitable "Mr. No, you don't know who I am" was lavished on us, creating an embarrassing scene. The staff were harassed, claiming they hadn't been adequately informed... despite their repeated apologies for the inconvenience. This inappropriate scene was both disheartening for the staff and embarrassing for the remaining diners.

22/02/2026: I'd like to start by saying I've been a customer for over 30 years at their store on Via Bessarione in Milan. Last Saturday, I bought 9 chiacchiere (6 baked and 3 chocolate) and 12 tortelli with custard and Chantilly cream at their Melegnano store. I paid €27. A disappointment: the chiacchiere weren't fresh at all; they tasted old and stale. The tortelli were decent enough, but they had too much of a lemony aftertaste in the cream, which wasn't noticeable before. They're not what they used to be.
22/02/2026: What can I say... friendly, helpful staff, ready to meet any customer need... excellent products for all needs (small pastries, dry pastries, cakes, etc.), a clean and quiet place for breakfast, with hot drinks and croissants, or a quiet tea with friends with fantastic dry pastries... absolutely worth trying!!!
