Pizzeria Spera In Firenze

Really good pizza and ingredients paired with originality (everything and more has been said about pizzas and it's not easy!), directly supervised by Elena, a pizza chef who won an award in an international competition. The environment, beyond the lively Tuscan takeaway, indeed florid, pleasant to me, even in his speech, it also deserves a place easier to sit, less spartan and with renewed choreography, even if the environment is now pleasantly frequented by young people. Appreciable prices.

Portions are very big. Magherita (5 euros) and calzone (6 euros) were delicious. Full of locals in a cozy pizzeria (seats downstairs) and pizzas were freshly made.

I first came to Spera in 2009 and every time I’m back it’s a MUST to go here. Best pizza I’ve had.

I am a long-time customer. I have lived in Monza for many years now, but when I return to Florence and I want a pizza, I always gladly return to Spera! The pizza dough is that of the real Naples, the service is very fast, the entire staff (waiters and owners) are passionate about their work, the quality of the pizza and the ingredients are excellent. Note of merit for the price which still makes pizza the popular food par excellence today!

La pizza Spera ha sicuramente buoni ingredienti e piace ai più , al locale siamo affezionati così com'è. Forse però è rimasta legata ad un impasto certe volte un po' troppo pesante e poco digeribile e, concordo con altri clienti, spesso cotto poco. Sempre gentili e disponibili e soprattutto onesti coi prezzi. Questo scritto diverso tempo fa . SONO TORNATA RECENTEMENTE E HO CONSTATATO CHE L'IMPASTO È MOLTO PIÙ LEGGERO LIEVITATO ALTO CROCCANTE DIGERIBILE E BEN COTTO , COME PIACE A ME CHE DETESTO LA PIZZA MOLLICCICOSA E GOMMOSA STILE NAPOLETANO. BRAVIIIIII. QUINDI CI VERRÒ PIÙ SPESSO.

The pizza is very good, there are many options to choose from, both the classic ones and some interesting and non-trivial combinations. The service is perfect between the kindness of the welcome at the entrance and that of the waitresses. The desserts are also excellent and the prices are honest. I've been coming back here for 15 years

(Updated): We went here to eat pizzas, I added a photo of the ticket at the request of the pizzeria so you can see that they charged me €6 for each can of Coca Cola and when we told him in person he didn't want to change it. If you stay to eat there they charge you €1 more (not per person, but for each pizza) and be careful, the can of Coca Cola goes from €1.50 to take home to €6 at the table, which It seemed very excessive to me! The pizzas we ordered from left to right, the regina (with tartufo cream), the prosciutto e fungi, the napoli (with anchovies) and a half margherita, half 4 cheeses.

Be careful with the prices! If you eat there they add 1 euro for each meal. But for the drink they charged us 6 euros per can of Coca Cola even though it said 1.5 euros.

Special pizza. Fantastic "Flavors of the South". Also the vegetarian one is absolutely worth trying
