Pizzeria Special 1 One In Lucca

The place has improved a lot compared to the old location, nice and not too formal environment. I go there often, let's say every time I'm in the area because I live over 60km away and sometimes I go there just to eat the pizza which is VERY GOOD, the ingredients are quality and the dough is a cloud that melts in your mouth. I've tried several pizzas and they have always been good, in fact exceptional. The place has a large parking lot and even people with mobility difficulties can access it easily. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the real Neapolitan pizza 👍

A constructive review with the hope of improvement We went to this place on Saturday evening, arriving around 9pm, probably for the second shift. There were two of us and, among the positive aspects, I want to highlight that the Margherita pizza was really good. However, the overall experience was unfortunately penalized by careless service management. We encountered significant delays: several tables around us still hadn't ordered more than 20 minutes after arriving, and in our case the wait was long too. Added to this was a certain lack of care on the part of the staff, who did not show any sign of attention or apologies for the inefficiencies, nor did they ask if we wanted anything else once dinner was finished. We understand that Saturday evenings can be complex to manage, but the place was not overly crowded and we would have expected greater responsiveness and courtesy. Furthermore, we reported a rather serious problem at our table (which I prefer not to specify publicly), but received an unprofessional response from the waiter "agg' sbagghiat". I believe that this place has potential, especially in the kitchen, but it is important to improve the organization and customer care to offer an experience that lives up to expectations.

Top of the Top, for those who love Neapolitan flavours, Masaniello is the perfect venue. Highly recommended

We had already been last year during LuccaComics. We ate very well on Friday and went back after 2 days. Fantastic pizzas. The initial fried food was also delicious. We will definitely go back
