Un luogo amico, nei lunghi anni di lavoro a Cuneo. Sempre accogliente e comprensivo, con i frequentatori solitari. Il cameriere, dopo, qualche visita, aveva capito che propormi dell'acqua voleva dire farmi fare la ruggine e quindi passava direttamente al vino. Ottime le pizze ma anche i piatti di carne e pesce. Uno dei pochi motivi per farmi rimpiangere quegli anni, davvero difficili, lavorativamente parlando.

On a group trip between Manta and Vicoforte on 06/30/2024, we came to Cuneo to have lunch. Booked in this place, we were welcomed with professionalism and courtesy. I ate pizza and dessert, other pasta dishes, other fish We were all satisfied with the excellent quality/price ratio, the location and the friendliness of those who served us.

Cordialità e sapori si sposano in questo simpatico locale nel centro storico di Cuneo... lo consiglio vivamente anche per il conto molto giusto

Historic pizzeria in Cuneo. Excellent pizzas with different choices of dough and flavors. The calzone is also excellent! Great choice of pasta and also homemade pasta. Fast and kind service. Advised!

Il Verso del Ghiottone

21/06/2024: We have been coming regularly to the restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" in Dogliani for almost 20 years and are thrilled every time. The seasonal menus interpret local specialties in a modern way and combine the highest culinary art with traditional craftsmanship. The family atmosphere, the wonderful art on the walls and the friendly team inspired us to celebrate our wedding party with 60 people in our favorite restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" and it was simply perfect. After a reception in the garden, we had a delicious 5-course menu at long, white-covered tables in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the festival and we remember this great event with joy! Thank you very much! We would like to come again!

Pizzeria Fuori Tempo

05/11/2024: Locale pulito (bagni compresi) e spazioso arredato con cura. In nomen omen ci sono orologi di ogni tipo ed epoca possibile. Gestito da giovani simpatici, cordiali e capaci nel loro lavoro. Fanno ottime pizze con impasti particolari e leggeri di facile digestione oltre alle classiche. Finora non ne avevo mai mangiate così. Anche i loro dolci sono squisiti. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato a ciò che viene proposto. Consigliato!
22/09/2024: In tutta sincerità pensavo meglio. Impasto buono, soffice, con bordo alto e abbastanza digeribile. Ingredienti normali per qualità e quantità ma non eccezionali per una pizzeria che dicono essere tra le 100 migliori in Italia. Servizio piuttosto freddo. Grave l'errore a mio modesto parere di pulire i tavoli vicini al nostro durante la consumazione e per ben due volte in orari assolutamente ordinari, con prodotti detergenti spray profumati che disturbano e non poco gli amanti del buon cibo.
