The pizzas were very good, as was the service. But it bothers me that (the boss or manager) eats lunch at the table next to the cash register while her staff works and runs. She still makes the effort to get up to collect the bill.

I think it's the best pizza in Cuneo but... since the last time I went, it seems to have "shrunk". Service and courtesy at the top.

I was in this place for dinner on 12.29.2024 in a group of 7 people. Our table was outside, very nice and bright, perfectly heated. We were a bit cramped because they extended a table behind me. The staff is very courteous, the service is good but can improve, we had to ask for water several times and we waited at least half an hour for the pizzas to arrive. Very good pizzas, soft as per Neapolitan tradition, but small in size. I will return to try other dishes.

Very nice restaurant, in the centre, excellent pizzeria, obviously there are not many pizzerias but the quality is excellent, excellent service, with real cloth napkins, which is attributed to the structure.

Excellent Neapolitan pizza in the center of Cuneo with smiling and courteous staff. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the not very generous portion of both the pizza and the desserts.

28/12/2024: Pranzo domenicale in famiglia, locale non molto grande ma accogliente. Dà proprio l'impressione di essere accolto per un pasto in famiglia. Piatti deliziosi della tradizione, specialità di rane e lumache molto consigliate. I prezzi sono di fascia un po' più alta ma la qualità è davvero ottima. L'unica vera pecca è il parcheggio ridotto, consigliato arrivare abbastanza presto.

24/11/2024: Visitiamo per la prima volta questa ristorante che è inserito in un complesso che contempla anche un hotel ove sorgeva il castello di Santa Vittoria la cui torre è perfettamente conservata. Il locale dispone di una carta ben articolata spaziando sia su piatti del territorio che su proposte dove l'inventiva dello Chef può esercitarsi liberamente. Tutte le portate sono risultate molto interessanti, materia prima di alta qualità.
23/11/2024: Un posto stupendo vista la cornice del castello dove abbiamo soggiornato. Menù degustazione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, segnalo note di merito alla tartare e all’arrosto di vitello tenerissimo. Servizio gentile, conto appunto super onesto. Super consigliato
