Pizzeria Scacco Matto In Massarosa

18/05/2025: We end up at Cavallino Bianco by chance, tempted by the typical dishes of Garfagnana and... surprise! We are catapulted to Naples! Gennaro, histrionic host, cook and waiter, overwhelms us with his enthusiasm and hospitality. We try grandma's meatballs, delicious, Neapolitan lasagna (for those who don't know them, the advice is to ask them to describe them, they are delicious, but far from the Bolognese ones), excellent, and the caprese cake, which is served hot, graceful. Gennaro insists on us trying his babà, which is a work of art. Excellent prices. We will definitely be back, even with friends.

21/04/2025: Sensationelles neapolitanisches Essen. Der neue Besitzer hat das Lokal seit Dezember. Ein richtig herzlicher Sizilianer mitten in den Bergen über Bagni di Lucca. Toller Gastgeber, super Essen! (und das Wichtigste: Endlich mal jemand, der weiß, wie man gutes Brot bäckt!)
