For a long time, traveling to Fiumicino, I wondered: how is it possible that people choose to eat pizza by the slice when they can have a cone of fish? Then one day I tasted the porchetta and potato pizza, and I understood.

Nothing to say about the pizza. The prices aren't clear or displayed; what's clear is that it costs three times as much as a regular pizzeria. Could it be the life experience you get from eating a slightly more "gourmet" pizza, as it's fashionable to say these days?

I had the margarita pizza takeout for €5. They cut it into a rectangle and folded it into a square. So it's kind of like a pizza sandwich where the cheese and sauce has dough covering it from the top and bottom. Twas delicious.

Sancho's pizza undoubtedly met our high expectations. The Margherita, as well as the others, are flavorful and satisfying to bite into: soft yet crispy. Personally, I found the potatoes in the potato and mozzarella to be a bit salty, which is a shame because it would have been my favorite.
Another point: it's unclear how the pizza price is set. It's unclear whether all pizzas are the same price, whether there are cheaper ones and more expensive ones... it's all a bit unclear, and the feeling remains that the price is decided "by feeling." Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience that everyone should try!

The best pizza in Fiumicino, today we were served by the King himself :-)) We had two of our best pizzas: porchetta in a potato crust and a stuffed breaded slice! Both were immense, perhaps the breaded one was even better!! The supplì was simple, the breading was good but the flavor was only parmesan. I absolutely recommend trying it!!!

Stop veloce da Sancho che dal 69 gestisce un piccolo locale che sforna infinite prelibatezze, pizze e focacce.. e’ sempre pieno di gente ma non spaventatevi in pochi minuti sareste serviti con l’immancabile battuta del proprietario ..
