If you're passing through Fiumicino, a must-try stop at Sancho's is its signature dish, the porchetta pizza in a potato crust, but all the other stuffed pizzas are also exceptional. True Roman pizza by the slice.

I had been wanting to dine here for ages after having seen them on IG and TikTok. The wait leading up to the trip was well worth it. Absolutely spectacular. Everything was exquisitely prepared and flavorful. Will definitely be back next time in Fiumicino.

Nothing to say about the pizza. The prices aren't clear or displayed; what's clear is that it costs three times as much as a regular pizzeria. Could it be the life experience you get from eating a slightly more "gourmet" pizza, as it's fashionable to say these days?

Stop veloce da Sancho che dal 69 gestisce un piccolo locale che sforna infinite prelibatezze, pizze e focacce.. e’ sempre pieno di gente ma non spaventatevi in pochi minuti sareste serviti con l’immancabile battuta del proprietario ..

05/09/2025: A unique place, starting from the entrance, with a unique style and a fantastic wine cellar! The friendly, polite, and personable service is a plus. They make excellent aperitifs and you can tell they care a lot about the quality of their spirits and complementary products. They also overlook a square, which is always a beautiful sight and also allows you to enjoy the beauty of Rome's historic center. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back to try more with friends!
26/08/2025: Truly good news, especially considering we're in the center and the robbery is lurking. The atmosphere is very refined and welcoming, the staff is friendly, discreet, and kind without being overbearing. Excellent burrata, lasagna, and ricotta and pear cake, a providential recommendation (sometimes it's wise to trust, if the person recommending you seems trustworthy). The cake, more specifically, deserves applause.
