Roman-style pizza, extraordinary, very good, on another level. Kudos to all the staff at Sancho. I had the classics, porchetta and potatoes (history)... chicken salad and breaded steak. A wonderful crispiness, it was perfect. Nothing to say, only recommend it to anyone... the fried foods are amazing, suppli with tuna puttanesca, and to finish with garlic, oil, chili pepper and prawns, devastating! Very good, excellent quality.

Roman Pizza! And I say this as a lover of the Neapolitan piazza. High-quality ingredients and a dough that crunches from the first bite to the last. Highly recommended, even if you have to come specifically for it.
