Exceptional pizza, with a wide variety of flavors and special doughs for those with various intolerances or sensitivities! Very attentive and friendly service. The new summer pergola is also beautiful, perfect for an evening with friends!

A wonderful surprise! Super-quality ingredients, impeccable service, and above all, a wide selection of doughs, including gluten-free and 100% spelt. Each one better than the last. Kudos to the entire staff; keep up the good work!

I think word of mouth is the best advertising you can do... recommended by my hairdresser, my partner and I decided to try it. We were very satisfied...with the delicious pizza, the very nice place and the attentive and kind service. Living a few km away...we will definitely try it for the take-away pizza too.!!

22/06/2025: On our way back from a seaside holiday we decide to visit the beautiful town of Montagnana which is part of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. When it’s time for lunch, passing under the arcades in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, our eye falls on Le delizie di GiaLau (where the name stands for the initials of the two owners, husband and wife Gianni in the dining room and Laura in the kitchen). It is a delicatessen that sells top quality products from all over Italy including the very famous Veneto DOP raw ham. Here you can find the one from the Doniolo ham factory exclusively. Inside there is a tasting room that allows you to choose, in addition to the à la carte menu, two menu proposals which consist of an appetizer with early meats, cheeses and a first or second course. In addition to water, wine and cover charge. The quality of the dishes was surprising and they were described with great passion by Mr. Gianni who shows how much passion he puts into his work and pampers you by describing the warm bread of Altamura or bringing you a warm slice of focaccia. If you come to Montagna and want to have a high-level culinary experience, Le Delizie di GiaLau is an absolute must-try. The quality-price ratio is extraordinary
