Delicious cecina, good pizza. Sometimes very crowded, so the pizzas are made a bit rushed.

Excellent food. Homemade pizza, only Margherita. Delicious and crispy cecina. A few dishes, but well-cooked. Excellent value. Make a reservation to avoid disappointment. There's also an outdoor terrace. Takeout is also available.

The cecina is good (we couldn't try the margherita pizza because it wasn't available even though they made us order it) but the wait is truly exhausting. People wait an hour or more for a piece of cecina to go. I think, especially during busy periods, they should organize themselves to speed up the service, because this way it becomes torture, more than a snack, an Easter passion XD!

What can you say? The pizza is simply delicious. It almost tastes like croissant dough because of the oil. However, it's also too greasy and completely soaked. You definitely shouldn't count calories on this day.

Rizieri is the epitome of the best Viareggio has to offer. The city has changed significantly over the past 20 years, but Rizieri's pizzeria remains a solid and stable landmark, a bastion that has withstood the ravages and upheavals of time. Coming here is always an experience of conviviality, warmth, and spectacular food. Rizieri's pizza and cecina are second to none: they satisfy the palate and warm the heart every time. The prices are also incredibly competitive. It's a must-visit, and a must-return.

I've been coming to this pizzeria for cecina since I was in my mother's womb in 1961. At the time, there were two sisters with their husbands.
Sonia, the pizza chef's wife, was always at the cash register, while her sister and husband took care of the restaurant.
The people are simple but very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, a few years ago, the pizza chef died young; his wife retired and left everything to their two sons, who are not at all polite or kind.
It's always a crowded place, where you spend hours just getting a slice of cecina or pizza. They only make Margherita, which is why they don't care about being smiling and friendly to win over customers. They always have a serious, frowning face; it seems like you're bothering them, and the ladies at the counter are truly rude.
It's a shame because the pizza and cecina are excellent, but I don't like the wait and the service.
