A very beautiful and charming place, with spacious and quiet rooms.
There are, however, some negatives to note: mattresses as hard as marble, central air conditioning with unchangeable temperatures and times, a meager breakfast, and cleanliness that could be improved...
It's a little paradise, an oasis of peace, but you have to accept some compromises!...

I had an excellent pizza, well-topped, perfectly cooked, and with an easy-to-digest dough. I can't rate the other food, but I have no doubt it will be good. The atmosphere is simple, with an outdoor gazebo that's heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. The staff was attentive and courteous. A sausage and onion pizza, a Coke, and a cover charge of €13.50.
I'll definitely be back.

When I went there I ate a very simple red pizza, but it was full of oil.
Also six of my acquaintances had a margherita, but the smell reminded me of fried cheese.
If you want to eat just because you are in a hurry and hungry I recommend it otherwise it is better to avoid.

Modest restaurant with modest food. The menu also includes dishes made with blasted and not fresh fish, in fact I tasted the soutè of mussels which turned out to be stringy and arrived after less than 5 minutes, evidently they had been pre-cooked, while the prices are for fresh fish. However, I didn't try the pizza which is perhaps the true vocation of this place. Overall it's not bad but in any case I wouldn't go back.

Trattoria modesta con cibo modesto. Nel menù anche i piatti di pesce abbattuto e non fresco, infatti ho assaggiato il soutè di cozze che si sono rivelate stoppacciose e sono arrivate dopo meno di 5 minuti, evidentemente erano state precotte, mentre i prezzi sono da pesce fresco. Non ho provato però la pizza che forse è la vera vocazione di questo locale. In definitiva non é male ma in ogni caso non ci tornerei.

Place near the center of Modena where you can taste various dishes including excellent pizzas. Slightly slow service but friendly and polite staff. Good value for money. Free street parking

Positivamente colpito da questo locale Ristorante-Osteria-Pizzeria, non troppo grande ma molto tipico, rustico e accogliente, sia come atmosfera che per la gentilezza del personale. Tutto molto buono, sia le pizze con un impasto leggero e digeribile ma croccante, ma anche primi, insalate e altro. Prezzi decisamente nella media e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nel complesso buono e consigliato!
