Inaugurato l'11 ottobre 2015 dalla seconda generazione di chi l'aveva aperto nel 1981, in seguito varie gestioni non proprio apprezzate. Varcato l'ingresso la prima sala con il forno dispone di 22 coperti, a seguire la seconda sala e il dehors fruibile nella bella stagione. Pizzaiolo Alberto; in sala Marcello e Caterina. Musica in sottofondo; la cena: Beverage: - acqua naturale. - birra Köstritzer 0,5 l schwarzbier alc. 4,8% vol. La nostra scelta: - focaccia al formaggio crescenza con fiordilatte di Agerola DOP. - pizza Ollivud (mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, pomodoro, pomodorini freschi, olive Riviera, parmigiano DOP in cottura, basilico e olio EVO) - impasto Napoletano, lievitazione 48 ore. DESSERT (condiviso): - cheesecake allo yogurt con fragole e panna. Caffè a chiudere. La carta dei vini presenta 19 etichette anche al calice, buona scelta di birre anche artigianali. Last night I had the pleasure of having dinner at this pizzeria and I was positively impressed. One of the main strengths is undoubtedly the quality of the raw material: each ingredient is carefully selected, from flour to vegetables, through dairy products and condiments, which are fresh and of the highest quality. The pizza is really excellent: the dough, light and well leavened, makes the pizza not only tasty but also extremely digestible, which is not to be taken for granted. I found particular attention to tradition but also a certain refinement, such as in the wine selection. The staff was another big plus: kind, welcoming and always available to explain the characteristics of the various pizzas or recommend pairings. The atmosphere in the room was pleasant, with quick but never rushed service. I also highly recommend their artisanal ice cream, especially the ice cream tiramisu, really delicious. We will definitely be back soon!
