Top pizzeria.. Unfortunately not very close to home, but every time we are in the area it is a must stop.. The pizza, indeed, the best pizzas I have ever eaten.. Wide choice of flavors, all of the highest quality. Fully deserves the awards and recognition received.

We came from Florence for the weekend and booked a tasting menu, attracted by the excellent reviews, and I must say it was a perfect choice. From appetizers to dessert, everything was exceptional. The pizzas deserve special mention, however. From the classic Margherita, which is excellent, to a special one with gorgonzola and pears, which I'd say is fabulous. A young and vibrant place, with friendly and attentive staff. Definitely worth a try.

There are four of us, and we're seated in what appears to be an annex. Honestly, it's not very well heated, given that it's January 1st and the temperature outside is 2 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference between the inside dining room and this area is noticeable. But let's get to the service. We're told there will be a bit of a wait, about 20 minutes, and right on time after that, the pizzas arrive. Truly exceptional dough, excellent leavening, and perfect cooking! The ingredients and combinations of the four pizzas are delicious. Among the best I've tasted in Italy! We also order three desserts, two waters, a small Coke, an IPA, and two coffees. For a total of €93. Excellent value, too.

Exceptional pizza, thick and very light dough, helpful and cheerful staff. Pizza ready quickly. They work in a relatively sparsely populated area, otherwise there would have been a line outside. Great!

We happened upon Umbertide without knowing where to eat. To our surprise, when we walked in, the place was beautiful and the pizza was spectacular. And to think that looking at the place from the outside, we weren't sure whether to go in or not, especially since we're always wandering around on weekends, and we've had some nasty surprises, especially when you rely on reviews. 😁 The super cuddly red cat is part of the decor.😁
