Premetto: non è la prima volta che vado in questa pizzeria e se ci torno è perchè si mangia bene, infatti, come ho scritto nel titolo della recensione, la pizza è ottima. Il menù ne propone di diverse tipologie: dalle classiche sino alle "speciali" e per chi non si accontenta ci sono anche gli hamburger. Ingredienti di qualità e decisamente abbondanti, il condimento c'è e si vede.
Allora perchè solo 4 stelle su 5? Purtroppo il sabato sera c'è il famigerato "doppio turno" ed è capitato che, nonostante la prenotazione fosse alle 21.30, il tavolo non solo non fosse pronto, ma ci fosse pure una discreta fila col risultato di essere accompagnati a sedere dopo tempi di attesa esagerati. Capisco che non si possa mandare via la gente del primo turno, ma se arrivano i clienti del secondo è giusto far capire che è ora di andarsene; purtroppo non ci si può affidare esclusivamente al buonsenso delle persone.
Staff giovane e cordiale, nonostante il sabato faccia i salti mortali per riuscire a gestire un locale molto ampio e, a volte, confusionario.
Grande parcheggio disponibile.

De Gusto is one of those certainties that are always good for the heart. As always, the pan was excellent, the pizza sublime. Lightweight, super digestible, very high quality raw materials. Impeccable service. A sincere thank you to Chiara and all the staff. What can I say, from Puglia, to Umbertide, the best pizza there is. Congratulations guys, to hell always!

Excellent pizza, one of the best I've tried in Umbria. The dough was very digestible for us; I personally appreciated that the cornice was of a balanced size, neither too large nor squashed. I took a vegan pizza with the addition of buffalo mozzarella and I must say that in its simplicity, between the freshness of the ingredients and the mix of flavours, I really liked it; my girlfriend had a pizza with mushrooms, which was also very good.
Excellent potato croquettes and cheesecake.
The prices? In my opinion they are suitable for the quality found.
The place is very nice but very busy so expect some traffic.
I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

not only the classic pizzas are amazing, but they also have some special ones that you really need to try. I truly appreciate the talent and effort put into those ingredients combinations!!

Degusto was the setting for a wonderful evening.
The venue is well-kept and spacious without being distracting and conveys a sense of intimacy.
The staff are professional and warm but not intrusive - we thank Chiara for her kindness.
We took a trio of Montanarine Speciali and potato croquettes to share and two pizzas - the Umbra is phenomenal. The fried foods are crunchy and tasty, the truffle is excellent and the hydration of the pizza is well balanced, making it just the right amount of softness.
Highly recommended. I will definitely go back

Pizza strepitosa e altamente consigliata anche a chi non la digerisce in genere, dolci divertenti (soprattutto il tiramisù scomposto, che vi farà provare l’ebbrezza dei veri pasticceri :) e buonossimi, personale gentilissimo e accogliente…che dire? ANDATE!!! (Ma prenotate perché son famosi!)
