My wife and I don't eat meat or fish, and since it was Wednesday, therefore a fairly quiet evening, the owner went out of his way to provide us with a trolley of vegetarian appetizers. Result... EXCEPTIONAL! Fried artichokes, very high quality stracciatella with pistachio, radicchio and smoked scamorza, grilled vegetables, amazing turnip tops, cardoncelli mushrooms, local olives cooked as per tradition and to finish, a delicacy called chiacchiere with smoked scamorza. Very high quality pasta and pizza and I tried the basic dough, let alone the others. Delicious porcini mushrooms, difficult to find such quality at that price. For dessert, a nice Ciccio with Nutella, which is a worthy end to a dinner that made us feel like two princes. Very fast and attentive service to remove empty plates. Definitely excellent value for money. I don't understand the previous reviews that complain about slow, inattentive service and the rudeness of the owner, who instead is a very kind person and always available to make the customer happy. I can imagine that things on a Saturday night might be slightly different, but even if you go out to eat a pizza on a Saturday night, like hundreds of other people at the same time, consider having a little patience and respect for those who are working to make you have a good evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who follows a vegetarian or vegan diet. The only precaution is to point this out at the time of booking so that the staff can prepare as best as possible. Io e mia moglie non mangiamo carne e pesce, ed essendo mercoledì, quindi una serata abbastanza tranquilla, il proprietario si è prodigato per farci avere un carrello di antipasti vegetariano. Risultato... ECCEZIONALE! Carciofi fritti, stracciatella di altissima qualità con pistacchio, radicchio e scamorza affumicata, verdure grigliate, cime di rapa strepitose, funghi cardoncelli, olive del posto cotte come da tradizione e per finire, una prelibatezza che sono le chiacchiere alla scamorza affumicata. Pasta e pizza di altissima qualità e ho provato l'impasto base, figuriamoci gli altri. Funghi porcini buonissimi, difficile trovarne di tale qualità a quel prezzo. Come dolce un bel Ciccio alla Nutella, che è la degna fine di una cena che ci ha fatto sentire due principi. Servizio rapidissimo e attento a togliere i piatti vuoti. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottimo. Non capisco le recensioni precedenti che lamentano un servizio lento, poco attento e la scortesia del proprietario, che invece è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile a fare contento il cliente. Posso immaginare che le cose di sabato sera possano essere leggermente diverse, ma anche tu che vai a mangiare una pizza di sabato sera, come altre centinaia di persone alla stessa ora, metti in conto di avere un po' di pazienza e di rispetto per chi sta lavorando per farti passare una bella serata. A chi segue un'alimentazione vegetariana o vegana consiglio vivamente questo ristorante. Unica accortezza, fatelo presente al momento della prenotazione cosicché lo staff possa preparsi al meglio.
