05/02/2026: Good food and excellent value, but I was disappointed by the new service approach, which is especially challenging for older customers. You can't ask customers, after having already waited in a long line to order and pay, to go to their table with their receipt and force them to log in again using only their phones to be assigned a table number. It seems unkind, cumbersome, and even inconvenient. It was better before, with sound devices assigned to each customer from the start. What a shame.

01/02/2026: I found the place super crowded with a queue outside but at Gigli on Saturdays it is a fairly common practice the food as far as the first courses are concerned is quite good express tigelle and the rest all frozen pre-cooked decidedly poor the service is quite chaotic but given the amount of covers they do it is understandable... acceptable prices honestly I would not go back there
