We dined at Il Saraceno, recommended by local friends. The excellent quality of the ingredients used and the mastery of the preparations resulted in dishes with an unmistakably authentic and pleasant flavor. The hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism were excellent. An experience to repeat.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Despite the restaurant/pizzeria having a large number of tables, they manage to handle orders smoothly and with minimal wait times. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas at fair prices and decent quality!

Last night I went to dinner at this restaurant thanks to the invitation of some local friends! What can I say... everything was excellent! I recommend the pickled vegetables, the eggplant parmigiana, the marinated mussels!! And then the pizzas... a light and crispy dough, highly digestible... all in a welcoming family atmosphere. I hope to return next year. After dinner, I recommend a stroll through the alleys of Mattinata... a little town that won't disappoint.

Cuando tenía solo dos años de edad, secretamente me llevé la corteza de pizza conmigo a la cama en nuestra tienda en el campamento cercano. Visitamos Mattinata muchas veces para las vacaciones, y Dal Saraceno siempre fue parte de nuestra tradición. Ahora, 50 años después, mi esposa ya no me permite colar la corteza en la cama, pero mi amor por este restaurante sigue siendo igual de fuerte. Mi padre ha sido un cliente fiel desde que Dal Saraceno abrió sus puertas por primera vez en 1967. Definitivamente se podría decir que estamos devolviendo clientes, y orgullosos de ello. Cinco estrellas en todos los ámbitos — por la ubicación, el personal amable, el sabor increíble, la alta calidad y la frescura de la comida. Estamos verdaderamente enamorados de Mattinata y Dal Saraceno.
