A big thank you to the always friendly and highly professional service staff. Even when it's busy, the guests are treated exceptionally well without any long waits. The ladies are really on the ball! Exemplary! 👍 The food is also very good value for money. The beef fillet is fantastic, and the pizza and pasta are delicious as well. We've been there several times.

10/03/2026: Wonderful Hotel! We spent 3 nights here before leaving today on a 6 day ski safari. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so nice. Spa facilities are very clean and diverse. And the food is excellent! They set us up with free bus fare and an easy to understand winter walking map through beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We highly recommend!
28/02/2026: Excellent hotel that I recommend 200%! Sublime design, large family room with a view, gourmet restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals morning and evening, complimentary afternoon tea every day in the beautiful bar, large spa, excellent service and welcome. We were charmed! Everything was perfect! Perhaps the only thing missing is a large outdoor pool like those often seen in Dolomite hotels, but the hotel's location in the center of Castelrotto village doesn't allow for that. Thank you for everything!
