Fully recommended! Anema e Core is absolute spot for salad and pizza and dessert with really good price-performance relation. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere at the tables outside very pleasant. We had great dinner during our night in beautiful Trieste ❤️

The location in the pedestrian zone is fantastic, and the pizza is very good. However, the service isn't particularly friendly, and you pay a €2 cover charge per person for nothing... not even bread.

The food arrived very quickly. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the Vino di Spritz was flat. The pizzas were edible but very carelessly topped. The cheese was strangely dry when hot.

03/05/2026: Very professional service and intimate atmosphere!
15/03/2026: We had dinner for the tasting menu featuring Rosa di Gorizia. The restaurant is retro yet elegant and welcoming. The menu was excellent and the wine pairings interesting. The service was attentive and attentive throughout the dinner, but never too intrusive. Special mention goes to the dessert with its matching cocktail, a truly memorable finale. Congratulations!
