A great place for delicious pizza and a true Italian atmosphere in Trieste. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly baked dough. The restaurant exudes a typical Italian atmosphere, and the service is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is served efficiently and in a friendly atmosphere. The pasta was okay, but unfortunately there was no Parmesan cheese, and the spaghetti Bolognese was presented rather carelessly. The plates, however, looked very impressive. The tablecloth wasn't changed; it was still dirty from the previous guest. The staff seemed reserved at first, but then became a bit friendlier.

Fully recommended! Anema e Core is absolute spot for salad and pizza and dessert with really good price-performance relation. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere at the tables outside very pleasant. We had great dinner during our night in beautiful Trieste ❤️
