We had our dinner for the first evening here. Generally good food, but nothing overwhelming. We didn’t like the atmosphere outside. Would recommend sitting inside for a nicer Ambiente.

I have been going to Il Profetto pizzeria since I was twenty in 1990, it is one of the best in Venice, I would say perhaps the best, I go there regularly to eat and I take away the pizzas that are absolutely superb and at the level of the best pizzerias, in Venice certainly perhaps the best, moreover they are very kind, punctual and the prices are truly honest. I highly recommend this pizzeria and I recommend it as a Venetian as an expert.

It may be my favorite restaurant in all of Venice. Every two years, I get the wonderful opportunity to dine with the wonderful people of Al Profeta. I will always visit for dinner at least once and often twice on every trip through Venice.

The service and food were excellent, with very reasonable prices.

Best restaurant I’ve tried in Italy so far❤️
Got the pistachio pasta because it’s recommended on the menu. Can confirm that it’s a must have!!!!!! The sauce is unique and has great balance with the shrimp.
The only drawback is the tiramisu, too sweet for me :(

Die Lust auf gute Pizza lockte uns ins Al Profeta.
Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, ganz im Gegenteil.
Die Vorspeisen, Pizzen und Desserts waren sehr gut.
Die Ambiance und der Charme im schönen Innenhof weiss ebenfalls zu gefallen.
Die Leute im Service verstehen ihr Handwerk und sind überaus sympathisch.

"Nemo propheta acceptus est in patria sua", ma questo ristorante-pizzeria, il migliore di Venezia secondo Google (e se non è vero, poco ci manca), non potrà che essere molto ben accolto. Le pizze sono creative ma con criterio, accostando -- su un impasto buono e digeribile -- ingredienti di varia estrazione, ma con risultati in ogni caso sempre convincenti. Una grande nota a favore: i prezzi, per il centro di Venezia nel 2025 e di fronte a tanta qualità, sono decisamente bassi.
