Superior quality pizzas, dough, raw materials, cooking, everything exceptional. I have been a regular visitor to this pizzeria for many years and have never found anything wrong. Maybe I'm lucky or, much more likely, Maestro Ciro's professionalism is constant and the results are visible. 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Excellent pizzas, very good and seasoned.
The fried foods are also really excellent, very well cooked and easy on the digestion and don't even leave you with that nasty taste of oil.

We've been coming here long enough and the pizza has always been good, but tonight things didn't go so well. The first error was linked to the variations requested on the pizzas ordered: a gluten-free pizza without mushrooms and a normal pizza without a drizzle of oil. When the gluten-free pizza arrived, we were told: "We made it like this, if it doesn't go well we'll make it again", and the pizza was with mushrooms. Subsequently, the normal pizza arrived, but there was also a drizzle of oil. In order not to waste food and send the pizzas back for details (a drizzle of oil and some mushrooms), we decided not to say anything. The second problem was that the gluten-free pizza was practically raw: the mozzarella had not melted and the dough was still cold.
I give 3 stars instead of 2 because, as mentioned before, we have been coming here for quite some time and the pizza has always been good. Maybe next time we will need a little more attention when preparing the pizzas and reading the orders.

It's a shame that they closed the takeaway pizzeria in Cardinal's Mugnano.
Prices increased due to the energy crisis/war or notoriety?

A good experience, large room, welcoming staff, fast service, excellent fried food, really good croquettes, the pizzas are light and you can see that the dough is professionally prepared.
The blonde draft beer wasn't to my liking, next time we'll get another type.

This is my first time leaving a review, I hate the internet.
But this time it deserves it.
I came across this pizzeria by chance, I'm Neapolitan and it seems absurd to me that to enjoy a good Neapolitan pizza you have to come to Baiano, I recommend it with pleasure to many people I know and not, I will gladly go back, you have to eat it to understand the lightness of the ' dough, to tell the truth the coffee is also good, two qualities that are difficult to find together, compliments to the staff and for the cleanliness.
