Certainly the genuineness and generosity of the dishes and flavors that you find in each dish is truly exceptional, the ancient tradition of Taranto cuisine is respected in an excellent way, I recommend it, the only flaw is that the place is small and reservations are appreciated

Ate very well and plentiful. Homemade cuisine with the freshest products. Very informal and heartfelt service, it really feels like staying at your aunt's house, Anna and the staff are all very nice and attentive. Unexpected and highly recommended!

09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.
01/06/2025: We had dinner and tasted an excellent pizza with a really light dough and the typical aroma of a wood-fired oven: the choice fell on the pizza that bears the name of the restaurant, stuffed with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, Norcia sausage and chopped pistachios. The cooking was impeccable, especially under the pizza and pleasant speckles on the surface. The flavor of the Norcia sausage was unique. The choice of dessert fell on a chocolate cake with a soft center, a sweet and balanced flavor that was not cloying to the palate, served with a decoration that was pleasant to the eye. The total cost of the dinner for 3 pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and the service charge is perfectly in line with the quality of the food, as well as the speed of the service. A place to definitely return to.

16/05/2025: As an expert in the sector, I am not often impressed by a pizzeria, but in this case I have to make an exception. I found a surprising variety in the menu, with original combinations, well-studied and never forced. Each pizza is taken care of in the smallest details and everything respects very high technical standards. The ingredients used are of high quality, carefully selected and enhanced by expert management. In addition, the atmosphere is made special by the friendliness and passion of the owners, who manage to convey the true spirit of pizza: professionalism, hospitality and love for the product. A place that I highly recommend if you want to eat a quality pizza and have excellent service.
