I'm only reviewing their pizza because I always order this one. Good, thick. It's basically a giant pan pizza served in two different-sized portions.

I go to Prato to always eat excellent Fiorentina steak, always at a fair price. The meat is truly delicious, it melts in your mouth. The pizza by the slice is truly delicious, cooked to perfection and chewy. The final price is always fair!

Finding a place like this in Milan in 2025 is truly a feat. Finding a place where you can eat simple, well-cooked food at reasonable prices was, I thought, impossible. Everything popular like osterias, trattorias, and delicatessens have now been transformed into "bourgeois" places, inaccessible to families. Pratocentenaro manages to maintain a familiar, working-class atmosphere, as this now soulless city has always had.

Historic pizzeria in Pratocentenaro (Ca' Granda area), two large rooms furnished in a simple yet pleasant style. Really good pizza by the slice, served in a wood-fired oven, at excellent prices. You can also order first and second courses. Outdoor seating is also available. Friendly and courteous staff. Recommended.
