Great pizza, very nice gentleman who takes orders and prepares everything himself. Of the three pizzerias I visited in Pisa, this was definitely the best.

Highly recommending this pizzeria! The pizza is absolutely outstanding – especially the dough, which is truly top-notch, and the tomato sauce is just as excellent. It’s a perfect stop if you’re on your way from the airport to the city, either before catching a train or heading to the Leaning Tower – or even before flying out. Make sure to grab a full, freshly made pizza rather than just a slice – when it’s hot and fresh, it’s an extraordinary experience. Out of the 20 to 30 pizzerias we tried throughout Tuscany, this one clearly stood out as the best. Truly a solid 5-star recommendation!

We arrived at the store at around 1:00 p.m. and there was only the owner. Compared to its size, the store has a lot of pizza varieties, including seafood, mushroom, salami and sausage. This store is also frequented by locals, and the freshly-baked pizza is really delicious!

Food with typical Tuscan dishes cooked divinely, the waiter Emanuele is the best of the best, very polite and with great experience, the owners are splendid and take great care in choosing the raw materials, something very important in catering.... 21/07/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Tuscan gem in the heart of Pisa! We went to Chilometro Toscano on the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying and... what a discovery! The place is small, well-kept, and authentic, with a beautiful display of traditional products. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (all freshly cut!), some truly spectacular pici with venison ragù, and a Fassona tartare that melted in our mouths. Super welcoming service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and eager to explain each dish with passion. Fair prices considering the quality.

25/07/2025: A casual restaurant offering quality dishes, specializing in wood-fired, free-range, antibiotic-free chicken, served in generous, tasty portions. The rotisserie offers a wide range of options: not only whole or portioned chicken, but also pasta dishes like lasagna, gnocchi, chicken parcels, finger foods, and side dishes like roast potatoes, caponata, or grilled vegetables. Friendly staff and efficient service. Excellent value.
