Very popular with the locals! Excellent service and unbeatable atmosphere. Pizzas were a bit too burned on the bottoms though, still pretty good!

The pizza of the past is delicious! Thin, crunchy, simple, and tasty! The real Roman pizza that, alas, is no longer eaten! We found it here, with the same characteristics and crispy fried ingredients! The price is also reasonable; in short, a nice step back in time with the pleasure of a real Roman pizza!

My favorite pizza in Rome! Finally, crispy and delicious! Even though you can't reserve, the line moves quickly and they have plenty of room inside, downstairs, and outside! The prices are absolutely right!

One of the best pizzerias in Rome. Roman pizza that's faithful to tradition, and fried foods (especially supplì) with an authentic flavor (like the rest of the menu). They don't take reservations, but the line moves quickly. Of course, Saturdays and Sundays are packed, but it's worth the wait. Very friendly staff and very fast service. The prices are very reasonable, suitable for everyone.

12/10/2025: Like every month, I come to eat at this wonderful place. The food is excellent and plentiful, with exceptional appetizers and first courses. While I was paying, a lady next to me complained that the first course was scarce, almost nonexistent, considering that a portion at LOCANDA SKANSEN is about 180-200 grams... I WONDER WHAT THEY EAT AT HOME. It's truly SHAMEFUL (our family never makes it to dessert). THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
14/09/2025: I was delighted to return. It's truly beautiful, a little corner of paradise surrounded by greenery where you can coexist with small animals. The food is excellent for the quality and price. The owners are kind, truly lovely, and the waiter is very kind and attentive. My compliments to those who work behind the scenes. I recommend it and will return, bringing apples for my friend Luciano, the local donkey mascot.
