I had a really nice thin bread pizza here — especially the buffalo one, which was absolutely delicious! The crust was light and crispy, and the flavors were perfect. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Throwing dishes and stuff, not so nice when you keep on hearing plates being thrown hard. Food is alright, a bit salty and the pizza toppings were spread unevenly. Would recommend people go to "Il Grottino a Testaccio dal 1936". Way better food and friendly staff even though they are super busy. The staff are all burnt out. Plates are thrown around. A noisy dining environment with clanging sounds. The food is too salty, and the pizza toppings are scattered everywhere. I recommend another restaurant that is almost entirely frequented by locals: "Il Grottino a Testaccio dal 1936". I highly recommend that restaurant; all the dishes are fantastic. I've eaten there several times and always found them amazing.

Excellent pizza, friendly and accommodating staff. We had to wait almost an hour to be seated, but there were 9 of us on a Saturday night, so it was understandable. Everything was very good and worth the price (about €18 for pizza + beers + appetizers).

A place with an open oven, serving pizza live—it's always fun to see when they bake your order. Traditional Roman pizzas; we chose the one of the month, which was very good. Fried dishes with authentic flavor (cacio e pepe supplì with zucchini blossoms) would be top-notch with a little less oil. We tried the cacio e pepe gnocchi—there were four of us, and since it was a Thursday, we finished the dish in 10 seconds: excellent! We'll be back soon to try more, perhaps with mushrooms and artichokes, and then the desserts. Speed ​​and courtesy complete the offering!

15/11/2025: I came to this restaurant on Via della Maglianella specifically to try their grill, and believe me, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I ordered a Florentine steak and was amazed. The cut was impressive, well-aged, and visibly top-quality. The cooking was a true masterpiece: the meat arrived at the table with a splendid Maillard reaction on the outside—crisp, savory, and perfectly smoked from the contact with the embers—while inside it was a vibrant pink and juicy, just as tradition dictates. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, the meat melting in my mouth, requiring no additional seasoning other than a drizzle of oil and salt. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a meal of this quality. Special thanks to the staff, who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, recommending the perfect wine to accompany the Florentine steak. If you're looking for a true grilled meat experience in Rome, and especially a memorable Florentine steak, this restaurant is a must-visit. I recommend it without reservation. I'll be back to try the other cuts!

15/11/2025: We had dinner as a couple at this fabulous restaurant, and everything was perfect. Let's start with the service: incredibly refined, the fantastic Sara served us from start to finish, taking care of every detail of the dinner. A huge plus was her meticulous knowledge of wines, which allowed her to recommend the perfect pairings to accompany the dishes served. The cuisine: delicious and innovative dishes, we really appreciated the inclusion of fresh truffles on the menu. I personally had the sea urchin gnocco with saffron and fresh truffle, and it was a fantastic experience. The appetizers were quality, and another plus was the freshness of the ingredients, which was evident from the first bite. So, a big round of applause also to the kitchen team for all the effort and care they put into their dishes. Finally, the gift box as a bill holder was a really nice idea. Well done Davide, the owner, a delightful person with great, innovative and high-quality ideas. We had the pleasure of chatting with him at the end of the evening. We were intrigued by his vision of cooking and the care he takes in selecting the ingredients he uses. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back soon to delight in your cuisine.
