06/05/2025: Quiet place, excellent food, quick to serve, suitable for celiacs and people with allergies, high price but adequate for the quality of the food, slightly loud music.
After not going there for 20 years I remembered the existence of this restaurant where I went as a child, I went with a friend of mine in the evening at opening time, it made me strange to see almost all the tables empty, but I guess it was due to the opening time.
We ordered wagyu fillet and a slice of diaphragm, a side dish of baked potatoes and salad.
Spectacular Wagyu, it melted in your mouth, the diaphragm was obviously not so soft, but still excellent, light aftertaste of maturation, almost cheese I know, maybe too intense for some people, but excellent.
But the thing that surprised me the most were the potatoes, very good, because you pass by the meat which depends a lot on the quality, but I still dream of potatoes.
We spent around 100 euros between 2, but mainly for the cost of the wagyu.
Menu with allergens, but to be safe, ask the staff what they recommend.
The only flaw is that the music is a bit loud
