25/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena ieri sera con la mia famiglia e siamo rimasti a dir poco entusiasti. L'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, a partire dall'accoglienza. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre sorridente, attento e incredibilmente cortese. Hanno reso la nostra serata ancora più piacevole.
Passando al cibo, tutto era davvero buonissimo. La carne era tenera e saporita, cotta alla perfezione, e le polpettine servite come entree erano deliziose, un inizio davvero promettente.
Ma il vero punto forte, il piatto che ci ha conquistati tutti, sono stati i cubetti con nocciole. Una combinazione di sapori e consistenze che non dimenticheremo. Un'esplosione di gusto che ha reso la nostra cena memorabile.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque voglia trascorrere una serata piacevole, gustando piatti di alta qualità in un'atmosfera accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente!
14/04/2025: A true excellence of taste, a constantly growing reality that combines professionalism, passion and a warm welcome: this is Braceria Voglia di Carne 2.0, a point of reference for lovers of meat and authentic cuisine, embellished with classy details that tell of the care and vision of the property.
The credit goes first and foremost to the owner of the house, Salvatore Di Feo, a man of natural elegance, impeccable professional and attentive host, who was able to combine tradition and modernity, creating a place where every detail speaks of quality. With his savoir-faire he was also able to welcome me, a food and wine critic, with that touch of style and attention that makes the difference.
The selection of wines is excellent, curated with great sensitivity and attention to the territory, as is the selection of cured meats and cheeses, which celebrate the local identity and captivate with authenticity and flavour.
The meat, obviously the undisputed protagonist, is chosen with skill, treated with respect and served with passion: a complete gastronomic proposal, capable of enhancing the palate and conveying a true cooking philosophy.
A special note goes to the waiter, Massimo, whose kind, sweet and respectful way of serving the tables made the experience even more pleasant. His presence is an example of how even simplicity, when authentic, can become elegance.
In the kitchen, Mrs Maria Teresa stands out for her sensitivity and mastery: the side dishes she prepared, simple but rich in flavour, moved me and took me back in time, to the true flavors of my grandmothers' cooking. A cuisine of the heart, which smells of home and tradition.
And finally, a fitting tribute to Mrs. Diletta, the lady of the house, the backbone of the company: with her elegant and solid presence, she represents an essential point of reference for the balance and soul of the place.
Braceria Voglia di Carne 2.0 is not just a restaurant, but an experience that combines hospitality, taste and passion. A reality that deserves attention and which, thanks to its team and the vision of its owner, has a brilliant future ahead of it.
