I haven't tasted much because I'm fixated on the marinara al taglio but that alone is worth 5 stars... I swear I don't know how it's possible that they make it so good, they push the tomato to the maximum of flavor and they put it in without skimping. I have to hold back so as not to go there every day!!!

17/11/2025: Four stars only because I struggle to remember the right combinations to make a pizza. If they also had a list of classic pizzas, it would be five stars. Excellent pizza, fragrant and light, well-leavened. I'll definitely be back.
02/11/2025: Located in the historic center, behind the Panizzi Library, the restaurant features several moderately sized rooms and a terrace overlooking Corso Garibaldi. The staff is attentive and discreet. After a friendly welcome, a unique selection of ingredients puts customers' imaginations and good taste to the test. Good pizza in the evening, but at lunchtime, Pirru Cafè is a cut above.
