Pizzeria Nika In Pisa

Pizzeria with a wide variety of pizzas, including homemade gluten-free pizzas (+€1.50). Personally, I found the gluten-free dough to be better than the traditional one. Food tip: I've tried this place several times, but the tomatoes were always a bit undercooked.

Here, I was able to enjoy a great gluten-free pizza without any contamination. The setting was simple, but the taste was impressive.

Modern place with plenty of tables, welcoming staff, very good pizza with lots of choices, excellent gluten-free pizza, very good prices, we come here regularly for lunch.

A very friendly, kind, and helpful atmosphere. We think Nika's gluten-free pizza is the best in the area. The gluten-free pizza is also truly excellent, both in taste and texture, obviously for those who prefer it in a pan in an electric oven. My son, who is celiac, loves it and often goes there for lunch with his friends. Lately, they've also been making some delicious homemade desserts (S.G.), I highly recommend them.
