Amazing pizza. Tried 3 different pies and a saltimbocca I think it's called and every single one was so delicious, so well balanced, and just such an experience. The pizzaiolo here KNOWS what he's doing. He knows how to satisfy your salty, sweet, crunchy, soft, bitter, sour, umami, and creamy craving in 1 bite. Highly recommend it here. Pizza does not take long to make and cook, less than 10 minutes, and he was kind enough to give my husband and I a pie that was half 1 pizza and half another that we were undecided about. Very friendly chef.

I was on my way to the thermal pools nearby terme di agnano. And I did not plan stopping by. But I smelled the pizza and come on, figured why not. SOOOOOO glad I did. The Pizzaiolo knows what he's doing. Flavors, right balance, he has it all mastered. Ask him for recommendations he's gone on competitions in Madrid and Las Vegas. SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS YOU WONT REGRET IT! I think its mostly to go orders so clearly the locals know its great. So plan not be dining in.

The owner welcomed us in a kind and courteous way, the pizza was delicious, the choice varied. Excellent location for a quick but satisfying dinner. Honest prices. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: Everything was excellent: the first courses, the borlenghi, the fried gnocchi, and the tigelle. The borlenghi in particular are the best in the area, and the draft wine is also very good. They have a fantastic veranda overlooking the valley. Then we visited the very pretty village of Guiglia, with its castle.

15/04/2026: Self-service restaurant in a historic building in the historic center. For many years, a true landmark in the heart of Carpi! A refined yet familiar atmosphere. Fast, attentive, and friendly service. Everything is well organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection of dishes, fresh and different every day, for all tastes and needs (including vegetarians). Tasty and authentic dishes, carefully prepared. Generous portions at reasonable prices. Spacious dining rooms, perfect for a leisurely lunch. Clean and well-kept atmosphere. Restrooms next to the entrance. Bar inside. Takeaway service is very convenient and efficient, with reservations available. You can also choose to get a card, which you can load with the amount you want and use to pay conveniently each time. The restaurant is accessible to all; in addition to the impressive staircase, there is an elevator next to the entrance. Parking is available on the street, in the designated spaces, as it's right in the city center. Highly recommended for a healthy break in a unique setting!
