A very nice place and very friendly staff! The pizza is really excellent, wide choice of very particular doughs and also of toppings. The waiter is skilled in recommending dishes or combinations, he is very approachable and friendly, he never lacks a pleasant joke! The lemon dough is crazy!! Excellent value for money. We will be back for sure!

The pizzeria in via Monte Grigna is a unique place of its kind, where the popular pizza is elevated to the rank of haute cuisine. The owner, Mr. De Rosa, is also the first-person author of the dish that will be served to you and which you will choose from a menu-catalogue full of many different variations, of many different combinations, a clear demonstration of great culinary knowledge. In the collective imagination, pizza is a dish with a predictable and substantially uniform taste. Here, however, every pizza is something unique, never the same, created not by a pizza chef, but by a master. And after the pizza, the place presents an excellent dessert trolley also prepared by a decidedly creative chef.

Very good pizza with different special doughs. Just a suggestion: change the knives…. It's very difficult to cut the pizza!!!

At Montegrigna, pizza is certainly a guarantee. For me it is one of the best pizzas in the area and in places I have visited over the years... the dough is light, tasty (also given the many types of dough, from fennel to saffron, from durum wheat to walnuts) crumbly and digestible. A pizza that you really eat with satisfaction. The ingredients are selected and particular and this makes the prices rise quite a bit, unfortunately decidedly above the average for special doughs. The traditional ones are still above average but doable. The environment is very simple, informal I would say. The only discordant note, in my opinion, which has remained unchanged over the years (and I have been a long-standing customer) is the service... the waiting times are medium-long and the waiters certainly do not stand out for their friendliness and courtesy... let's say that the hospitality, smiles and affability are not really their strong points. At Montegrigna you go for the pizza, period. The rest isn't the best and you have to take that into account... but if you want a really, really good pizza and you can spend a little more than average for that dinner, this is the right place 😄 Despite everything, I always recommend it !
