Pizzeria Minerva In Roma

Be careful- may try to overcharge you on bruschetta! It’s €4 on the listed menu- €7 on the photo one! The ambience was nice- our favourite part. The pizza was okay. The bread on the bruschetta was inedible. They serve drinks in plastic cups. OP in my opinion… but what can you do- it’s in the centre of the city.

We stopped in the evening for a quick bite before continuing our visit to the city center. The waiter was very friendly, the portions were generous, and it was very inexpensive considering its location right in front of the Parthenon.

The pice of qaddro formaggio was very tasty. And cup of espresso!!

We stopped at Pizzeria Ristorante right near the Pantheon, drawn by the incredible display of Roman pizza on baking sheets. The pizza itself was beyond praise! We ordered slices with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and arugula. The dough is amazing: airy, crispy, and generously topped—the portions are truly huge and filling. Just one or two slices are enough for a filling lunch while exploring Rome. The ingredients are fresh, and the mozzarella simply melts in your mouth. They also have an excellent selection of aperitifs, perfect for lunch. However, there is one significant drawback: the service is incredibly slow. Due to the popularity of the place and the possibly slow staff, a line forms at the cash register and the display case, which can be quite time-consuming. If you're in a hurry for a sightseeing tour, this could be a problem. Pros: The pizza is incredibly delicious, a true Roman classic. Very generous and large portions, lots of toppings. Great location in the heart of the city center with pleasant outdoor seating. Cons: You'll have to wait in line, and the service is quite slow. Bottom line: If you're willing to wait a bit for truly great, authentic pizza, I definitely recommend checking out Pizzeria Ristorante! Your taste buds will thank you.

My girlfriend and I only tried the pizza and it was one of the best we tried in Rome, I don't understand the negative comments.

Both guys were hilarious and the food was excellent, home cooking Roman Italian food! I have no idea why the ratings are this low - but I loved every bite and it reminded me of growing up in the kitchen of my (Italian) family’s kitchen! ❤️❤️

I don’t know why the comments are so awful! The owner is very sweet and caring, he gave us extra napkins and straws so that we wouldn’t dirty our close! The pizzas were also good, especially the shrimp pizza. More people should definitely visit! It was empty when we visited T^T the prices are very affordable as well 4€ for a big slice of pizza!

Very kind owner and great food especially for 4 euro, had some great shrimp pizza slice. 4euro for drink tho!

We stopped on a whim for a drink. We then had bruschetta as looked good. It tasted as good as it looked. Service was excellent. Highly recommended

A pleasant establishment in a communicative location with poor food, as if for hungry tourists who will not return.
