Truly excellent pizza, really good pizza dough, well cooked, and the dough is definitely well-leavened with excellent flours. Special pizzas with quality ingredients that you won't find easily elsewhere. They also offer dishes from the kitchen, but we only tried two different pizzas... excellent. Coffee, two beers, a lemoncino and a mirto.

A Mergellina pizzeria in Ivrea is already a surprise. What's surprising is that the pizza is also good. This beautiful place has dark indigo walls, very relaxing and elegant. Like the lighting, it's neither harsh nor dim. Congratulations...

During a business trip, a friend and I went to this restaurant for dinner and had such a great time that we decided to visit again. The food is excellent; they offer very interesting variations on their gourmet pizzas, many seafood dishes, and superb desserts! The service is excellent and the bill is fair! We'll definitely be back.

Truly a surprise and delight, the bread was beautifully airy...the swordfish roll with zucchini was delicious, and the spaghetti cacio e pepe with sea urchins was a real treat. Congratulations on the authenticity, the comfortable and refined location, it will be a pleasure to return.

24/01/2026: Simple yet carefully curated, the atmosphere often features seasonal themes. The pizza chef (who is also the owner) is meticulously trained, selecting flours and mixes for true pizza lovers (and you won't get thirsty overnight...). The pizza is always well-leavened and carefully selected, even seasonal, with a focus on ingredients. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A wood-fired oven, excellent ingredients, and a wide selection of options ensure excellent pizza. The desserts are also delicious. Last but not least, the beer selection is always top-quality. Bravo!
