Pizzeria Marechiaro In Garlasco

I haven't been back to this pizzeria for a long time and I have to say that the standard is always quite high. Really good pizzas and a very nice place.

A very welcoming place, with a lovely outdoor terrace (mosquitoes permitting), and a glass-enclosed outdoor area available upon request. The place is clean, the service is good; the stretched-dough pizzas (thin dough in giant sizes) are excellent. Occasionally, on Friday evenings, there's musical entertainment by Raff Dell'erba & Fabrizio Zatti, who perform entertaining covers of famous songs. The prices are perhaps a little higher than average, but it's worth it.

Excellent pizza accompanied by super-fast service!!!

* Food: I gave it 5 stars, the main reason I went here is because the pizza is one of the best. * Service: I gave it 3 stars only because waitresses don't have to clear your plate as soon as one person finishes while everyone else is still eating. * Atmosphere: I gave it 1 star because there is proper table etiquette. I found myself in a small room full of people shouting, which created a disrespectful atmosphere for both the diners and the wait staff. During conversations, you should avoid speaking loudly so as not to disturb other tables. All this noise was unpleasant in a prestigious and well-known establishment like this. It was difficult to hear the conversations at my table; even the waitress had to raise her voice to take orders. That said, it's clear that the locals lack good manners and etiquette.

At the new location, the outdoor seating is nice, the food quality varies as the pizza chef changes frequently, the staff is generally acceptable, and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the old owner, who was always there and always guaranteed everything, is no longer there. Lots of different draft beers, and the desserts aren't up to par. Reservations are required after 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. It's possible to find a table without a reservation between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM for 4-6 people.

The pizza is always top-notch, light and easy to digest. I recommend the very thin one...it's gigantic.

Very minimal environment, quite crowded during the week, very good food, staff not very attentive to the customer. That is, during the wait for a pizza it took more than 40 minutes, but the food is very good. The waitress sits at the table with the customers and smokes cigarettes as if she were at home.

Great place, good food, excellent raw materials, a little too few quantities... for the rest, everything is ok...

Dinner with friend, great pizza

Marechiaro è un locale storico, una istituzione a Garlasco. La qualità della pizza era, è e resta eccezionale come in passato... e se il locale è sempre e dico sempre pieno, un motivo ci sarà. Non do alcuna valutazione alla cucina perché il locale per me, come per tanti altri avventori, è pizza. Il locale ne propone tantissime in tre versioni differenti che variano leggermente di prezzo. C'è chi la preferisce più piccola e soffice, chi più sottile, ma resta straordinaria. I prezzi sono normali, con un eccezione per la birra che per un media vede una richiesta di 7 euro, forse esagerata (in genere 5,5/6). Il personale è cortese, gentile, ma se lo maltrattate potrebbe avere un cambio di umore. Mi è successo di aver trovato in una pizza una acciuga che aveva un sapore strano. Lo dico al personale e la pizza la rifanno senza problemi. Mi è successo di metterne qualche fetta in un cartone messomi a disposizione, portandola a casa... morbida anche il giorno dopo. La magia è l'impasto. I tempi d'attesa: se arrivi alle 20.30 del sabato sera, aspetti. Volendo puoi andare altrove, se è vuota fanno prima. Se è vuota, ci sarà un motivo.
