Finally we tried this little place run by many kind and smiling guys. A wonderful discovery, pizzas immediately aesthetically beautiful, super topped, a beautiful first impact. Flavor that fully reflects the appearance, really good. Last but not least, we rested in perfect tranquility, this means quality ingredients, and excellent leavening. Well done guys, we will definitely be back. Unfortunately there are few support points, but I understand that it is a take-away place, as also written on the sign, however the guys put 2 tables, and if you want there is a wall nearby to lean on... lucky those who live nearby. Must try

As soon as you cross the threshold of Maninpasta, you are greeted by a warm, authentic atmosphere, where the scent of the wood-fired oven anticipates what will be much more than a simple meal. The pizza I ordered was a real revelation: a perfectly leavened and expertly cooked base, with a high and slightly burnt crust. The sweetness of the tomato blends with the creaminess of the stracciatella, while the sausage gives that rustic and tasty note that conquers at the first bite. The fresh rocket on the surface adds a crunchy and slightly bitter touch, closing the circle with elegance. If you are looking for a good and carefully made pizza, I recommend you try the Maninpasta pizzeria: you won't regret it!

Highly recommended breakfast, starting with the wonderful croissants filled or topped with whatever you like—and frankly, I haven't found a croissant this good in Bari for a long time. Then move on to other sweet treats for your morning breakfast, taking into account your food intolerances. Yes, I've noticed they have everything for vegans, gluten, and lactose intolerances. And what can I say? As for the base for hot drinks, their coffee is superb. Here at this bar, you'll find a high level of professionalism, from breakfast to aperitifs. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to give you the best advice. But the real compliments go to whoever managed to create all this: the location, the staff, and the high-quality products. Thank you!!!!!! Highly recommended........
