04/01/2026: The service was so fast that we couldn't fully appreciate what we were eating (perhaps because we were the first ones).
The staff was very polite and helpful.
The menu was extensive and varied.
The quality of the fish was fantastic, but there were several changes I would make: the gunkan we ordered, for example, were way too big and had too much Philadelphia, which prevented the flavor of the fish from being fully appreciated.
The octopus balls (takoyaki) and the salmon and tuna carpaccio were highly recommended.
As for the first courses, they're not their signature dish. We ordered: the Cantonese rice was very good, the soy noodles were good, but I would have added more vegetables. However, the beef ramen was definitely not to be ordered. It was truly inedible; when you picked up a piece of meat, it felt like you were eating a dog. The broth was flavorless, the vegetables were bland, and the egg tasted like chemicals.
The ravioli dough was too thick, and the meat inside wasn't particularly good.
Unfortunately, we didn't get to get the rolls.
25/12/2025: A lovely surprise! Excellent location, good impression of cleanliness and organization. The ingredients are top-notch and expertly crafted to enhance their presentation and flavor. I would recommend the grilled ravioli, the prosciutto, the mochi, and the rose grappa above all else! We'll definitely be back! Congratulations...among the best ayce restaurants in Bari.
