Pizzeria Mamma Rosa In Ortezzano

Today, a group of 10 of us went to Mamma Rosa's. We had appetizers, delicious pasta dishes, and really tasty pizzas. For dessert, we had ice cream and cheesecake. We were all very impressed! The waitress spoke English with us and gave us great advice! Thank you for a lovely evening :)

Excellent pizza and fried foods

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation! I discovered this restaurant completely by chance, passing by on a trip, and it was one of the most wonderful surprises of the trip. The pizza is simply DIVINE: a true Neapolitan pizza, expertly prepared, with an exceptional dough and the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. You can taste that every ingredient is fresh and that everything is homemade with passion and care. The appetizers also deserve a special mention. The fried olives are the best I've ever eaten: large, plump, juicy, and richly filled. Here, too, you immediately sense the quality of the ingredients and the fact that they're homemade. The diavoletti were a delightful discovery: I wasn't familiar with them and had never tried them before. They're bite-sized pieces of fried pizza dough, and despite being fried, they're incredibly light and not at all heavy. The fries are also excellent, truly top-quality. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with a beautifully landscaped and pleasant outdoor area. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and always attentive to the customer, helping to make the experience even better. It's not hard to understand why you've won all the awards and recognition you've received: they're absolutely deserved. Congratulations to the entire staff!

A pretty okay restaurant, but nothing special. You can go there for gluten-free food, just don't expect too much. The pizza crust is tough and not very flavorful; I have definitely had much better gluten-free pizzas! When handing over the menu, they tell you that everything is possible (except four cheeses), only to have to choose a pizza that isn't available twice—quite disappointing. Then they come up with a Margherita option themselves; I could do that too. Eventually, on the third attempt, I managed to get a modified pizza... not what I had hoped for. The restaurant itself is fine; you create the atmosphere together. The staff is a bit impatient. Ample parking available nearby.

Delicious pizza, excellent quality, with delicious and varied ingredients. They can make your favorite pizza, even by changing a few ingredients. It's tender, classic Neapolitan but light, with a soft, cloudy crust. The waitresses are all exquisite, kind, and friendly. The price is fair.

The pizza is always excellent, with excellent ingredients, a welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I've been coming back for years to enjoy excellent Neapolitan pizza whenever I can, even though I don't live very close, because it's truly worth it.
