13/01/2026: I really would have liked to give much more, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The quality of the meat is unquestionable; it's incredibly fresh, excellent, and there's a wide selection. I tried the raw sausage and really enjoyed it. The service was perfect, attentive, warm, and friendly. We spoke at length with the waiters and the owner, and they were delightful people. Everything took a long time, however, so much so that we had already finished all our drinks with the dishes still to come, and the wait wasn't very pleasant. Above all, they were a bit sloppy with the cooking methods: some were too undercooked, others (for me, most) too overcooked, which made the excellent meat a bit too tough. Some of the meatballs, like the lime one, had a really bad flavor. And I didn't like the strips at all; they were greasy and fried in very heavy oil. The appetizers (or side dishes, depending on the dish), which were basically excellent, with simple and delicious local produce, were prepared in advance, and the garlic and vinegar covered everything. Ultimately, the flavors of the quality ingredients were ruined. Three stars for a place that could potentially be worthy of ten is a real shame. I don't know, I'd be curious to return for a second chance; maybe I just had a bad night.
