The Lumen Restaurant is undoubtedly one of those magical places. From the moment you cross the threshold, the atmosphere envelops you like a warm hug: soft lights, an elegant but at the same time familiar environment, and a feeling of peace that immediately makes you feel at home. But what makes this restaurant truly special is not only its exquisite cuisine, but the impeccable service that makes you feel as if you are the most important person in the room. And this is where Ivana and Gianluca come into the picture, two service professionals who seem to have a deep connection with every guest. Ivana, with her elegance and discretion, has the gift of being able to make every dish even more special with her friendliness and attention to detail. She is not just a waitress, but a true ambassador of well-being, who manages to understand guests' wishes with a smile.
