Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, good pizza to which excellent cuisine was added

I haven't eaten such a good pizza in years.

A historic pizzeria on the Asiago Plateau The wood-fired oven, the various types of dough, and the skilled pizza chefs make this an excellent pizzeria. The gluten-free pizza, among other things, is made in-house: rice flour dough, thin, light, and crispy, baked in a separate oven. It's very good; it's not Neapolitan style, but it's tasty and easy to digest. The beers are all good and of various quality. The restaurant is equally well-attended. The desserts are homemade and gluten-free. The place is small but warm and well-kept.

We just walked in from the street, and was welcomed like family. It is a very informal, with lots of families visiting. From the look of it, many were regulars. Food was excellent for the price, very good value. Friendly staff that made us feel velcome.

From a culinary standpoint, it's always a top-notch experience: tasty dishes, a wide selection of pizzerias and restaurants, reasonable wait times, and excellent value. Unfortunately, a significant sore point is the relationship between staff and customers: even at the entrance, there are intimidating signs about how to behave. If you make a request, for example, to change the dishes, you'll get annoyed looks and less than polite responses. It's a shame, because if they improved the service just a little, it would be a perfect place.

Lo chef e la sua brigata eil signor Gabriele, preparano pizze e piatti che sono delle vere leccornie rendendole vere esplosioni di gusto. È la migliore pizzeria sull'altopiano di Asiago. Ottima accoglienza, disponibilità e attenzione sulle esigenze alimentari dei clienti. L'unica pizza senza glutine e lievito priva di contaminazioni che riesco a mangiare (e detta da dei non celiaci all'assaggio, uguale alla pizza "normale"!). Ambiente molto pulito, personale molto disponibile anche quando c'è il pienone. Il titolare Gabriele è una persona fantastica,simpatica e disponibile a cercare qualsiasi soluzione logistica (nei periodi di maggiore affluenza turistica è riuscito a creare dei doppi turni pranzo/cena per accontentare tutti i clienti). Piatti belli ricchi, sostanziosi,sempre di ottima e ricercata qualità con prezzi allineati e corretti. È da anni che frequento "Mangia" e ogni qualvolta parto da Venezia per trascorrere le vacanze ad Asiago è la meta preferita, in più serate, della mia famiglia.
