Excellent pizza!! I found this little place by chance and was truly amazed. Top service, you can taste the delicious toppings, and the pizza crust isn't overly thin, much less Neapolitan-style! Recommended

A historic neighborhood pizzeria that has always maintained the quality of its ingredients and affordable prices. Friendly service and a family atmosphere. It deserves 5 stars for the quality of its food, fried foods and pizza (Neapolitan style) made truly well, even with special and innovative variations. Parking is limited; better to use the metro.

I ate the seasonal pizza with pumpkin, gorgonzola, and walnuts, and I must say, as a true Neapolitan, that the pizza was delicious, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten here in Rome. The dough was exceptionally soft and the toppings perfect. I absolutely recommend it.

It's not just the pizza that's truly Neapolitan and truly delicious, it's not just all those mouth-watering fried foods that just the mention of them makes your mouth water (and so much choice! Calzoncini, crocchè, mozzarella in carrozza, supplì, diavoletti, potato medallions, spaghetti timbale, fried pizza, and more). The added value is Loffredo and his family, Neapolitan through and through, welcoming, warm, and hospitable... and then you're there waiting for your takeout, and they pamper you with a taste of fried zeppole, and they deliver your hot, fragrant loot with a smile and a thank you when you're the one who wants to say: thank you for churning out delicacies and humanity.

Simply spectacular. Neapolitan pizza as authentic as it gets in Naples, and the family atmosphere is fabulous. I'll definitely be back.

La Piccola Trattoria DA ME

18/10/2025: A small, authentic trattoria with a family atmosphere and authentic cuisine. The cacio e pepe is spectacular, but the other dishes are delicious too. A+++.
14/10/2025: This is a true Roman osteria, like few others. A small restaurant in Garbatella with 5-6 tables and an outdoor area with another 4, but the cuisine is impressive, thanks to the owner's love and dedication to tradition. The menu is simple and a distillation of Roman cuisine. The price point is simple: €10 for first courses and €11 for second courses, but the ingredients and the care taken in preparing it are top-quality. We had a truly outstanding cacio e pepe, perfectly cooked tonnarelli, and a textbook sauce. For our main course, we had Roman-style tripe with a side of pan-fried chicory; the tripe was even better than the tripe made by my wife's grandmother, who is also Roman. To finish, we had cookies baked by the owner's grandmother. We left happy to have taken a little trip down memory lane of Rome, and we're sure we'll be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
