I recently visited a small but very cozy pizzeria in Italy, and it was a real gastronomic pleasure. The interior is pleasant, the atmosphere is homely, and the place itself seems to have been created to enjoy delicious food in a warm company. The service was very fast and I enjoyed watching the pizza being prepared before my eyes. We ordered three different types and each one was outstanding. The dough is thin, very light and tender, with a perfectly crispy crust - just what I would expect from an authentic Italian pizza. In addition, we were served something very interesting - a dish fried in oil with rice in a dough, and it was incredibly delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates real, authentic Italian cuisine. You definitely won't be indifferent to such pizza!
